Recovery Work — Recovery work refers to the sustained effort required to address the psychological effects of scam victimization. It includes learning, participation, reflection, emotional processing, behavioral change, repetition, and appropriate support. The SCARS Recovery Effect minimizes this work by allowing intention or temporary improvement to stand in for sustained effort. — Recovery Process
