About This Inventory

This inventory gives a structured look at your enduring personality, your trauma-related injuries, your continuing vulnerabilities, your recovery strengths, your daily functioning, and your need for professional help. It does not reduce you to a single score. It separates the stable parts of who you are from the changes that came with victimization, trauma, grief, coercion, isolation, and prolonged stress, so that trauma symptoms are not mistaken for character defects.

Vulnerability does not mean responsibility. A scam victim often remains vulnerable because of attachment injury, conditioned responses, damaged confidence, isolation, grief, cognitive exhaustion, or continuing manipulation. Those conditions mark areas that need protection and support. They do not assign blame for the crime.

Answer according to your lived experience rather than the answer that looks healthiest, strongest, or most acceptable. Honest answers create a useful recovery profile. Favorable answers create an inaccurate one. Work in a quiet setting without pressure to finish quickly.

Sections A through E ask for two ratings on each statement: how true it was in your most stable adult years before the scam, and how true it has been in the past 30 days. Every later section asks about the past 30 days only. Section T, on safety, uses its own scale, and each of its statements is reviewed on its own.

Every field is optional. The name or identifier stays on this device and appears only in your own downloaded copy. The rest is stored with your de-identified answers because it helps the research and helps a professional read your profile.
